Refund on hair extensions

Once the hair extensions have been opened fitted and used you are unable to obtain a refund, If you have purchased hair extensions and they are still in the packet and unopened you will be able to claim a full refund if they are sent back within 14 days of purchasing. you can send the goods back to,Extended Hair & Beauty, 60 Hagley Road, DY81QD.

When will i recieve my refund ?

you will recieve a refund within 7 days of reciept of the hair extensions.

will I have to pay for shipping ?

you will be responsible for paying shipping costs of the hair extensions that are sent back.

Exchanges

if you want to exchange your Hair extensions and they are in the packet unopened and unused you can return within 14 days of purhcase to exchange for another colour.

Training

Refund on Trainng

once a training course has been booked , you have 3 days from the purchase date to cancel the course and be fully refunded, after the 3 days you will not be able to obtain a refund.

when will recieve my refund?

you will recieve your refund 7 day after cancelation of the training course.
